Once you select a package for your day, we will send over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit; when the contract is signed, and your deposit is paid, your date will be officially locked in.

Yes, we are available for travel worldwide! Local travel is included in our packages. Accommodations may be required for events beyond 50 miles from Boston, and travel fees may vary.

If you select 309, we’ll set you up with your team, and you’ll have a call with your photographer and/or videographer to ensure you can discuss every key detail of the day. If you have a particular team member in mind for your day, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Each package has a different deliverable, but none include all raw photos or footage from the day. Why? Because we want to provide you with only the best shots and variety of the day, our team takes the time to review everything from the day (and remove all the shots with your eyes closed) to deliver only the best. If you are looking for something specific, we send out a form for you to let us know what is most important for you before your day. "Our team will professionally edit all photographs; however, we do not make any alterations to the appearance of the couple or guests. Our goal is to provide visuals that reflect your day accurately. If there is something you are looking for specifically, discuss with our team prior to your wedding. Additionally, please note that any Photoshop work, if requested, incurs an additional fee of $100 per hour. We believe in open communication to ensure that your preferences are met, and our team is more than happy to accommodate any specific requests or discuss customization options tailored to your needs.

We send all deliverables 90-120 days after your wedding date. However, we know you are excited - if you are looking for a few photos before all of the deliverables we do offer a package upgrade for early sneak peeks!

Each couple and wedding is unique; if you choose 309, we will work with you to optimize your day-of timing. However, we usually begin by recommending at least an hour for pre-wedding and an hour and a half for portraits. We’ll work with you or your wedding coordinator to help with the schedule. Prior to the wedding, we’ll put together a call sheet and schedule and share it with you to ensure everyone is on the same page, and your day runs smoothly.

The investment for our packages ranges from $2,950 - $15,850. This includes a couple of different variations of services. Please inquire with our team to learn more!

We are accustomed to working with couples seeking a variety of styles for their wedding day. To ensure that your photos and video align precisely with your vision, we will discuss the style with you prior to the wedding. Additionally, we will send over a form for you to complete, providing as much information as possible about what you are looking for. Finally, we typically ask couples to share a Pinterest board or explore some of our real celebrations to help us determine and capture their specific style!
