Lauren is the founder/owner of 309 Weddings & Productions and has a stellar reputation as a photographer and videographer. She is also a licensed commercial drone operator!

She graduated from Emerson College in 2013 and started building 309 over the years while also working for The Boston Red Sox, Wimbledon, The US Open, and many other well-known companies.

Outside of 309, Lauren is a huge fan of Boston sports, shredding guitar, skiing, and playing/photographing her lovable rescue pup Petey Butter.

PRODUCER | VIDEOGRAPHER | PHOTOGRAPHER

Brooks doubles as a Jr. Producer & Assistant at 309. He has been involved with the company since 2013, he started out hauling equipment and assisting on music video shoots; but now back in Boston after living out West, he is enthusiastically helping with production, design, on both sides of photography and videography.

He like many others at 309 is a lover of dogs, the outdoors, skiing and hiking. On his days off you can find Brooks on a mountain top or trolling for striped bass in the waters off Scituate, MA.

VIDEOGRAPHER | FPV-DRONE | EDITOR

Eric is a videographer based in Boston, MA. He is very talented at gimbal & float systems, as well as FPV/Drone operations. He joined 309 in the last year and has been a fantastic addition to the team.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys horror movies, buffalo chicken, flying his FPV drones, and hanging out with his dog Lucah.

PHOTOGRAPHER

Candice Conner is a creative freelance photographer who in addition to photography will support 309 with editing and business behind the scenes. Candice’s work focuses on food, highlighting small businesses, and showcasing the best of the Boston comedy scene.

Originally from Indianapolis and new to the Boston area, Candice fills her free time with comedy, getting lost in art museums, trying new foods, and traveling with her precious miniature dachshund Salvador. Her photos have been published in The Boston Globe, Indianapolis Star, and Edible Magazine.

PHOTOGRAPHER

Michael Ivins currently is the Staff Photographer at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Previously, he spent 13 dynamic years with the Boston Red Sox, contributing as both a Photographer and Producer. Michael's lens expertise has been sought after by esteemed clients including The Boston Herald, Major League Baseball, The Boston Bruins, and NESN.

Michael holds a BA in Journalism from Boston University and resides in Holliston, MA, with his wife Margeaux, son Miles, and daughter Marley.

PHOTOGRAPHER

After studying studio art at the University of Maine, Arianna returned to Boston, joining a local real estate company. To stay creative, she reignited her passion for photography. Her cousin, the owner of 309 Weddings, saw her talent and brought her on as an assistant.

Beyond the office and weddings, Arianna enjoys traveling with friends, attending concerts and festivals, and thrifting for vintage denim. You should see her closet!

PHOTOGRAPHER

Sarah has always had an interest in photography. However, it wasn't until she took her first trip to Europe that she discovered her passion for storytelling and capturing life's most significant moments. 

Now residing in the Back Bay of Boston with her husband, Sarah has turned that passion into a career, working for multiple small companies and teaming up with 309 for weddings. 

Outside of work, Sarah loves catching live music shows, dropping into local fitness classes, and taking weekend trips with her husband all over New England.

VIDEOGRAPHER | STEADICAM OPERATOR

Kevin is a videographer based in Boston who specializes in steadicam, lighting, and multi-camera concerts and events. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music were he majored in Music Production & Engineering. Kevin works a lot in the music industry and it is a passion of his.

Kevin outside of work enjoys biking, he has MATE bike which he rides all around the city. Kevin also runs his own production company, K. Greene Productions.

Alex Madden-Beatley is a freelance photographer for 309 Weddings. Alex is originally from Miami, FL, and has 5 years of artistic educational training from Miami and NYC.

She has recently relocated to Boston and loves hiking, trying new foods, traveling, napping with her shih tzu, and, of course, taking photos! She has a professional wedding, engagement, and couple photography background - even traveling to 8 different states to shoot for couples.
