Stephen + Jaclyn

Jaclyn and Steve got married at Wachusett Country Club on September 8th, 2018. This venue is extremely special to Jaclyn and Steve as Wachusett has been in Jaclyn’s family for 80 years! Their wedding day was a tribute to Jaclyn’s late uncle, Donnie, and the entire Marrone family who made Wachusett into the special place it is today.

This adorable couple met August 2015 at a Kenny Chesney concert at Gillette – it was the first year Jaclyn had ever been to Countryfest! The two connected when their mutual friend Meagan (Jaclyn’s best friend and maid of honor) saw Steve at the tailgate she told Jaclyn “I need to introduce you to Steve Kelley, he’ll love you”.

Jaclyn & Steve had their first official date a couple weeks after they met at Basho, a sushi restaurant near Fenway. Steve did all of the talking (and a lot of the eating, too!)

Jaclyn knew Steve was perfect for her, because their relationship It was so easy and there were no games. Jaclyn never worried about Steve or how their relationship would play out.

Jaclyn says that Steve has such a presence and has the ability to make everyone feel special and yet he always made her feel like she was the only person in the room that mattered.

As for their engagement, Steve planned a day for the two of them to celebrate Jaclyn’s 25th birthday. Jaclyn and her dad share a birthday so they always spend that day with her family. The day consisted of Barry’s Bootcamp, breakfast at their favorite spot, the Friendly Toast, and then a driver came and picked Jaclyn up and there was an itinerary for her and Meagan to get pampered all day.

Afterwards, she was dropped off at Rowe’s Wharf and Steve was standing under the arch waiting for her. Once he popped the question, they went to meet their families and friends at Capo in South Boston, but it turns out that it was a huge surprise party.

Steve says that Jaclyn is going to be the best mother. Jaclyn loves Steve’s loyalty and selflessness- he goes above and beyond for the people he loves.

The magnetism between these two was apparent during their wedding. It was so beautiful seeing the connection between Jaclyn and Steve from the second they locked eyes. Watch their video and check out their photos to see for yourself!
